What's new in YouViCo

In the file viewer, drop a "spot" on an image and describe the change you want — AI edits just that part. Drag files from the drawer to add references.

We refined a lot of editing controls since launch.

Guided onboarding is now an official feature and runs automatically the first time you arrive — a workspace tour, a project walkthrough, an editor guide, and an AI-generation how-to.

Choose Frames, Standard, or Timecode for timestamp feedback, and comments, threads, replies, and markers all switch to that unit. Frame counts now follow the video's real fps.

Select a shape you drew in feedback to move it, resize it with eight handles, or delete it. You can finally adjust a shape after drawing it.

We widened what you can reference and which models you can pick, and you can now check the cost before you generate.

You can now nest folders up to five levels deep to keep your files tidy.

Cap how many credits each member can spend, separately from your workspace balance. Choose inherit, fixed, or unlimited — and track each member's usage under People.

Calendar events moved from a single due date to a start–end range. Set start and end dates and times, add a description, and pick a color.

Bring glb 3D files into a project and inspect them in the viewer — rotate, switch between perspective and flat, and reset the view. You can also generate 3D right from AI generation.

YouViCo now supports Vietnamese, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Hindi, French, German, and Arabic (Beta). Your language choice is saved to your account and follows you across devices.

Make short videos inside YouViCo — no Premiere required. Trim, layer tracks, and add subtitles, all on the web.

You can now open .md files right in YouViCo. Drag to select a line or a range — in either the source or the rendered view — and comment on it, Notion-style.

Real audio waveforms now appear wherever audio shows up — in previews, the project view, and comment attachments.

Type # in a comment or chat to search and link a project file as a chip. Click it to jump straight to the file, or hover to preview it.

Comments and chat now support lists, bold and italic, code blocks, and quotes — so your feedback reads clearly.

A "What's New" panel now greets you with the latest updates when you arrive, and you can reopen it anytime from the Help menu. Available in English, Korean, and Japanese.

Drag a box to select several projects in your workspace, then move the whole group into a section in one go. Shift-click to select a range.

You can now talk with your team and clients inside a project before a single file is uploaded. Keep the early back-and-forth in YouViCo instead of scattered across Slack or email.

You can now attach images and files directly to a comment, so your feedback comes with the reference right there. No more passing links around — drop it into the conversation.

The reworked toolbar adds a text tool for typing notes right on the frame. Background colors and multi-character selection make your notes easier to read.

Drop a YouTube link into a comment and it plays right inline. No jumping between tabs — review it in context.

You can now jump to another project straight from the dropdown in the project header — no need to go back to your workspace and dig in again.

We expanded the drawing tools so you can mark up frames with more precision.

Hover over a file in the sidebar to see a quick preview. Find the right image, video, or PDF without opening a thing.

When someone leaves your workspace or changes their name, their past comments and notifications no longer collapse into "Unknown User." Your history stays readable, exactly as it was.

You can now react to comments with emojis on mobile. Long-press to open the action bar and drop a reaction just as quickly as you do on desktop.

The Public API now covers project management. Handle everything from creating projects to scheduling their deletion, right from the tools outside your workspace.

Finding the right reaction shouldn't slow you down. YouViCo now remembers the emojis you've used — so they show up first, every time you react to a comment.

Need the whole team's attention? Type @everyone in a comment to notify all members at once — no need to tag people one by one.

You can now drag projects directly from the sidebar to reorganize them across sections — no extra clicks, no menus.

We built the YouViCo Public API to close that gap. Now you can connect review directly into the tools your team already runs on:
